NLP Trio is Naomi Nakanishi (keys/synths), Lily Finnegan (drums), and Paul Pandit (bass). In addition to their experimental gestures, this trio draws influence from the likes of Carla Bley, Paul Motian, the Bad Plus,  Ornette Coleman, Andrew Hill, and more.

NLP Trio seeks to break the barriers of westernized music and the notion of being a  "jazz" group.  All three members are recent alums of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute.
